How it works

Three easy steps. You decide at each one.

No surprises, no upsells, no high-pressure conversations. Here's exactly what happens, in order.

1

Step One

A $39 consultation.

Come in and sit down with us. We listen first, look at your situation honestly, and explain what we do in plain words. This is an accept-or-decline consultation — together we decide whether the program is a fit for you. No pressure to continue, no surprise upsells.

Step Two

Loading Block 1 — 10 sessions.

The proof phase. About ten consistent sessions is the minimum we've found needed to honestly know whether this approach helps you. It's a clear, finite block — no open-ended commitment. A 3-payment plan of about $183 is available. You'll know at the end of the block whether to continue.

Step Three

Loading Block 2 — 10 sessions, up to 2×/week.

Only for responders — people who got results in Block 1 and want to keep making progress. It's the discounted step-down, and twice-per-week access is unlocked only in this block. A 3-payment plan of about $150 is available.

What a session actually looks like

Gentle, passive, and honestly… restful.

You sit or recline. Gentle infrared warmth and light vibration do the work. You don't push through pain. You don't perform. Many members tell us it's the most restful part of their week — they just close their eyes and let the time pass.

  • Gentle infrared warmth
  • Whole-body and foot-plate vibration
  • Light percussion, only if you want it

A reminder, because it matters.

About half of members feel a real difference. The other half don't. The reason we structure Loading Block 1 as a finite ten-session block is so you'll know — honestly — within a reasonable amount of time and money whether this works for you. We don't promise to cure or reverse neuropathy. After the loading blocks, members who want to keep a steady rhythm move to a simple $39/month maintenance membership (up to one session per week). This is elective wellness, not medical care, not billed to insurance or Medicare, and not a substitute for your own doctor. HSA and FSA are accepted.

Neighborhood Neuropathy is an elective wellness studio. The sessions offered here are not medical care, not physical therapy, and not a substitute for care from your own doctor. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee that any condition — including neuropathy — will be cured, reversed, or improved. Individual results vary, and roughly half of participants do not experience meaningful benefit. Our services are not billed to insurance or Medicare. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911. (Placeholder disclaimer language — to be finalized by an attorney before launch.)
