My Story
Steven Zilke, founder
I'm Steven Zilke, and I started Neighborhood Neuropathy after fifteen years as a physical therapist.
For fifteen years I worked with people living with neuropathy, and I watched the same thing happen over and over. The medical system mostly shrugged — here's a prescription, learn to live with it. A handful of programs out there actually tried to help, but they charged five, eight, ten thousand dollars and ran high-pressure sales pitches on worried people and their families. And working inside the insurance system, my own hands were tied. I couldn't deliver something simple and affordable to the people who needed it most.
I got tired of it. So I built the thing I wished existed.
Neighborhood Neuropathy isn't a clinic, and it isn't another expensive program. It's a simple, local wellness studio with an honest promise: come try it, find out in about ten sessions whether it helps you, and never get locked into anything or talked into something you didn't come for.
I'll be straight with you the whole way. This isn't a cure, it isn't medical care, and it doesn't help everyone. But for a lot of people, it's a real, affordable way to feel steadier and more like themselves again.
I'm on your team. That's the whole reason this place exists.
